We value the time that each of our clients has set aside to benefit from our skincare treatments. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients needs, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment. 

If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours a 50% fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation.

Discount codes may be offered occasionally to account holders. These codes may only be used on purchases made through the account through which the code was offered.

In the course of providing a service and in respect of your use of the website, we may need to communicate with you via email, phone or text using details that you have submitted to us. You agree to receive emails which are specific to your account and necessary for the normal functioning of the website, including emails which help inform users about the functionality of the website. You agree that we may communicate with you regarding the website by any electronic means.
